SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Charges :- ₹60/-

Please note: If your order exceeds 500gms in weight, you will be contacted by our team for additional shipping charges. The default charges apply only to orders weighing up to 500gms.

Your parcel is in good hands! We've partnered with India Post for secure delivery. But Please note we cannot predict delivery time for packages. Indiapost usually takes 4-5 days to deliver; But in some areas it may take upto 10days for delivery.

 

You can always contact us if you wish us to dispatch your product via any local courier service. 

Extra Charges will be applied for the same

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We request you to take a video of your order being opened in case of missing product or defect from our end & send the video via an email to hebecreativehauss@gmail.com along with the details of your complain.

Our customer care team will accordingly handle the return of the product and replace it.
To complete your replacement, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Please do not send your purchase back to us, as we will send you a fresh product in case of damages or any defects, within 3-5 days of receiving your complaint.

PICTURES of damaged products will NOT be considered.

And  in case of any damage occurred during shipping/ transit we won't be responsible for the same.

CANCELLATION POLICY

​

Orders once placed can not be canceled under any circumstances. No refund will be offered in case of order cancellation.

However, if you have selected any incorrect color or quantities while placing the order, and want to make changes to the order, you can get in touch with us via Instagram DM or Email.
